Many African countries are working their way out of poverty despite debt, natural disasters and a whole host of restrictions. Do not be so quick to judge. Leah Marie Frank O Neill’s colonization in a lot of these African countries lasted far into the 20th century. So when a government is destabilized after the colonization and then u have outside countries and businesses trying to profit off of its resources..this is what happens..so comparing Ireland and to some countries in Africa is a false equation at best. Janice Dale Problem was that the (and feel free to call me a racist although I am certainly not ) new regime took out the years and years of problems wound up to populace to take back the farms etc
